Indoor Arena Hire - 3 Horses / 2 Hrs
Service Description
Price is based per Horse. If you would like to add more horses to the same booking, please select when booking. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Arena bookings are made in one-hour time slots and the fee applies to each horse using the arena during that booking. Please ensure the correct number of horses is selected when making your reservation. Your booking grants exclusive use of the arena for you and your group during the allocated time. Other riders will not be permitted to book the arena during that same time slot. If you wish to ride for longer than one hour, please book additional consecutive time slots to cover the full duration of your intended use. Riders are expected to arrive and vacate the arena within their booked time to ensure the next booking can begin promptly.
Cancellation Policy
By completing your booking, you and the riders in your group are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. Bookings must be made at least 12 hours ahead of time. There are no refunds if bookings are cancelled within 24 hours of the booking. IMPORTANT INFORMATION All riders and visitors must follow these rules while on Aspen Park premises: • NO Dogs allowed to be brought on the property • Cross ties are in the indoor arena and at each end of the stables ((Sand cross ties in the indoor must be raked level and cleaned of any poo before leaving) • Wash bay is at the walker end of the stables • The sand around your parked vehicle must be cleaned of any mess • Poo or hay mess can be put on the large metal poo trailer outside the yards. There are poo bucks in the indoor arena and at the wash bays • Appropriate safety gear, including a riding helmet, must be worn at all times while mounted. • Riders must maintain control of their horse(s) at all times and remain responsible for any horse in their care. • Aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour toward other riders, visitors, or animals will not be tolerated. • Any incident, injury, damage, or hazard must be reported to Aspen Park management as soon as possible using the Incident Report Form.
